BOOKING & PAYMENTS

  • All sessions can be booked online via our booking system. Simply choose your time and follow the steps to secure your slot.

  • Bookings can be made in advance, subject to availability.

  • Yes — same-day bookings are available if there is availability.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need, including location and arrival instructions.

  • Yes, subject to notice periods. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.

  • Cancellations within 24hrs are refundable. We recommend giving as much notice as possible.

  • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

  • You can create an account when you book - it’s very simple.

  • Yes — you can book multiple sessions in advance.

  • Yes sessions are privately hired, and you can bring up to 4 dogs and up to 8 dogs

  • Bookings are made and paid for online in advance.

TUNNEL HIRE

  • Pawlytunnel is a fully enclosed, private hire dog enrichment and agility space designed for safe off-lead exercise, training and fun.

  • Yes — the tunnel and surrounding area are fully secure.

  • You can bring up to 8 dogs, as long as they are under your control at all times.

  • Yes — but all visitors enter at their own risk and must follow site rules.

  • Absolutely — You have the space entirely to yourself.

  • The tunnel is designed with dog-safe, easy-to-clean astroturf flooring suitable for exercise and enrichment.

  • Yes — Pawlytunnel is covered and can be used in most weather conditions.

  • Yes.

  • A range of enrichment and agility equipment is available for use during your session.

  • We recommend bringing:

    • Poo bags

  • All waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of in the bins provided.

    If this is left in the tunnel a fee will apply .

    Please ensure your dog has had ample time to poo/ pee in the secure outdoor area before entering the tunnel

  • Yes.

  • Yes — parking is available on site.

  • Your session will still end at the original time, so please arrive promptly.

  • Please wait until they have fully left and the area is secure before entering.

  • Only once you have ensured the area is secure and gates are closed.

  • Yes — puppies are welcome.

  • No — however, all dogs must be under control and handled responsibly.

  • Yes — all dogs must be fully vaccinated or titre tested, and proof may be required.

  • Yes — all first-time users will receive a short induction within their first session.

cLASSES

  • We offer PawFit classes — fitness and fun sessions for dogs and their owners.

  • Suitable for a wide range of dogs and owners, focusing on fun, movement , fitness and bonding.

  • Some classes may be suitable, but please contact us to discuss your dog’s needs.

  • Classes include circuit style exercises for you and your dog to enjoy and get fit.

  • Class sizes are kept small to ensure a safe and controlled environment.
