AGILITY EQUIPMENT USE POLICY

Use of Equipment

All agility and enrichment equipment at Pawlytunnel is provided for dog use only and must be used responsibly at all times.

Use at Own Risk

Use of all equipment is entirely at the owner’s own risk.

Pawlytunnel accepts no liability for:

  • Injury to dogs

  • Injury to owners or visitors

  • Damage resulting from misuse of equipment

No Human Use

Agility equipment is strictly for dogs only.

  • Humans must not climb, sit, stand or use any equipment

  • Misuse may result in damage or injury

  • Any damage caused by misuse may be chargeable

Safe Use

  • Dogs must be supervised at all times

  • Equipment should be used appropriately for your dog’s size, ability and confidence level

  • Do not force your dog to use any equipment

Damage & Reporting

  • Any damage or faults must be reported immediately

  • Equipment must not be used if it appears unsafe or broken

Right to Refuse Use

Pawlytunnel reserves the right to restrict or refuse use of equipment if:

  • It is being misused

  • Safety is compromised

Specialist Equipment Policy

For the safety of both dogs and handlers, specialist canine conditioning and proprioception equipment is not included in standard Pawlytunnel hire sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, peanut balls, balance pods, physio cushions, wobble boards, and other conditioning equipment.

These items may only be used during instructor-led sessions or with prior permission from Pawlytunnel staff. Unauthorised use of specialist equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in the session being terminated without refund.

Any damage caused through unauthorised use or misuse of equipment may be chargeable to the hirer.

Pawlytunnel reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any equipment at any time in the interests of safety, welfare, and equipment maintenance.
